1. Allspice

Ground allspice arises from the dried unripe berries of the tree Pimenta dioica. It’s a wonderful spice, and the benefits of this spice are often neglected. Allspice is claimed to have antioxidant, antimicrobial,anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antitumorigenic properties.
