World Wide Aquaculture

WorldWide Aquaculture, LLC (The Company) is a Limited Liability Corporation based in Colorado.  The Company was founded in 2007 as a subsidiary of Mountain Sky Group, LLC (MSG). The Company is a service and product provider to the aquaculture industry and the sub-market involving aquaponics.  We provide consulting, training and education, standard aquaponic systems, and custom aquaculture systems to individuals and small businesses in the US and eventually around the world. 

Aquaculture is the agricultural production of plants and animals (seafood) in water or aquatic systems. Aquaponics is the combination of aquaculture animal production with hydroponic (water as a growing medium) production of normally terrestrial plants (produce, vegetables, fruits, ornamentals, etc.).

WorldWide Aquaculture, LLC has differentiated itself by its desire to serve the needs of individuals and small businesses rather than larger commercial scale agriculture interests. Also, the company is employing a strategy of marketing and distribution of its goods and services through a unique network of independent business licensees across the US and eventually around the world.  Currently WorldWide Aquaculture, LLC has 3 employees, with three exceptional facilities in the northern Colorado region. 

For the full fiscal year ending December, 2010, WorldWide Aquaculture, LLC is expecting revenues of $1,972,000 and net earnings of $622,770. 

WorldWide Aquaculture, LLC is associated with the MSG group of companies and has a strategic partnership with the Institute of Ecolonomics (IOE).  Both of these relationships will provide exceptional research and development and marketing benefits to the Company. MSG is a prominent national environmental advisory and real estate development company formed as an outgrowth of the Company’s founder, Dr. Wayne Dorband’s, entrepreneurial history as a founder of two nationally prominent companies, International Risk Group, LLC and Cherokee Investment Security, LLC.  IOE is the non-profit company founded by famous actor Dennis Weaver, in the early 1990’s to promote the synergy of ecology and economy that MSG manages from its Loveland, CO headquarters.
